Here’s a method I use to solve the first two layers based on the Jessica Fridrich method. It’s difficult to easily explain, but if you watch the video a couple of times you should be able to “get it”. This is intuitive and doesn’t require any algorithms to remember. There are different methods to this so watch a few different videos and find one that works for you. Once you master this way it will be easy for you figure out how to get faster and how to line-up the pieces when they are the same colour on top. I may make another video on doing F2L faster but more complicated…this is a good starting point though. Cheers.
