@Sierra1947 Hey Sierra This is just what it lokks like . Linda never cared about Casey !!! It was and allways will be about the publicity and fame . Come on who in their right mind would beleive such a story from the scamthonies ? Only some one who would be able to look past all the bologna to better their careeres and make some kind of name for them selves . Well look what mane bozo baez made for his self . I beleive he will be known for that name for ever and not for his brilliant work .
@8675tree09 Baez can’t step down now and he is in this for the long haul. The only way he can get out of this case is if he get ill or passes on. The team has enough very qualified attorneys to handle the death penalty phase of the case. They didn;t need Linda or Andrea to help with the case. These two just jumped on because it was a high profile case. However, since Casey filed indengecy and they don’t want to pay for their own flights back and forth … no biggie for the case.
Hey Sierra This is very good news to me and terrible for the scamthonies. I thought Linda Biden was one of the best death case lawyers out there and she hasnt lost a case yet ? Maybe this is some of her strategy and will try to say Casey didnt get a fair deal wiyh her lawyers? What blows me away is that Bozo Baez is still on the team and hasnt been forced to step down from the case as head lawyer . Maybe thats how these high profile lawyers want it so they have a scape goat to fall back on ?
Apart from the financial aspect, Casey`s a lost cause and they know it.
Baez is on a hiding to nothing and he knows it. An astute lawyer would have advised her to take a plea but he`s fame hungry. That greed for fame may just cost Casey her life. Not that I care. She`s guilty and deserves everything that`s heading her way. RIP Caylee.
