@donttelluseenme Also With all her lies even if they were NOT allowed to use the theme park they have the starting of her lies. You know in her home before the park where she said Zanny had her. Again Ill say it HATE is a strong word to use. I believe she killed her daughter yes… Hate? No. Dont like what she did and you know she did. Sorry we cant seem to agree that it was not accusing but I just dont see that as accusing.
@donttelluseenme something “bad” meaning? an accident? They gave her outs! I dont have hate I just dont see that part as accousing her of a murder. I was worried how they were talking about her lieing and because it was at an employee part of the park that she might have felt she was not able to leave. Im sorry I just dont see the accuse as you do. People do see things differntly. I hate nobody Hate is a strong word for someone I dont know.

@donttelluseenme We know something bad happened to the child and you are covering it up, we know you had something to do w/ it, we know she is not in good condition & we know you know where she is. These are indeed accusatorial statements. Most ‘reasonable people’ would have stopped things right there and got a lawyer. Casey being insane thought she could talk her way out of it.
They were accusing her of doing harm to her child. Im sorry the hatred for Casey skews your view of that.
@JusticePetitioner Look at what you wrote… Those are just statements NOT accusing her of anything. The part I was worried about with the theme park was them calling her a liar over and over not accusing her of anything other then that. Yes they said Casey knows what happened because she was the LAST person to see her. Did they show her a pic of her dead child? Did they tell her she killed her child? NO so those were just statements made.
@JusticePetitioner I think you better go back and listen carefullt too because the 2 were 1an accident and she was afraid and hid it or 2 shes a monster. They never accused her of either one really. Please go back and relisten. I just do see that as accusing her of anything except lieing.
@donttelluseenme OOPs didnt rewatch re listened to but there is a slide show on the site I lietened to so I guess you can say I watched too… Again I will say they never ACCUSED her. They suggested maybe an accident and she was afraid… Thats not accusing Anyone of anything… Its trying to give her a way to tell them the truth because of all the lies they just told her they caught her in. They suggested that it may maybe have been an accident and she was afraid but NEVER accused her of anything other then lieing. I just rewatched the intervies at her home and at the theme park. I heard thme 2 options and that is NOT accusing her! WOW

I dont think the police were absolutely wrong. but to call it non accusatorial,
there were accusations there.
@donttelluseenme Did you not read what I wrote about her being accused.. She absolutely was accused of doing harm to her child. She was given 2 options of what the police think of her. Someone who did bad and is lying cause shes scared, or two, she did something bad and is lying to cover it up.
Listen to the Universal tape again and all this comes out not even 5 minutes into the recording.
First they know Caylee is not how we last remember her and Casey knows what happened.

I just watched George testify again on orlando news. I find it so funny that BOZO sits there with Casey and is laughing like he has these won when she asks Geroge if the cops gave him a script to follow when seeing casey. BOZO was so thinking he had this won. I LOVE IT HE LOST! I wonder if hes still laughing. Rewatch geroge testifies 3/5 on cross. Bozo has egg on his face how. Where the laughing BOZO?

I am convinced- the reason that casey killed Caylee is so that cindy & george COULD NOT have her. I think cindy threatened to “take her away” from casey, that was her reason for the murder. imo Caylee was their “game”. sad sad sad!

Im very very happy all of this ridiculousness out of casey’s mouth will be heard by the jury, and as I don’t believe in the death penalty I am very very hopeful and now reassured that she will be spending a loooong long time in prison for what she did to her beautiful sweet child- any of us wouldve taken Caylee from her selfish “mother”and raised her in a heartbeat. rest in peace Caylee If only she had given Caylee to her parents…WHY WHY WHY?Why not casey? dammit

@ When I say accused this is exactly what I mean.

Its a good thing Judge Perry doesnt see Casey as a ‘reasonable person’ because the Universal judgment when he said the conversation was not accusatorial, well from the first 5 minutes they were saying we are pretty sure Caylee is not how you or your family remember her and YOU know where she is. Child endangerment isnt a serious crime? Child neglect isnt a serious crime?
Im glad its being heard but its sets a precedent that you can be accused (legally) and not read your rights.
