i kno a how to get F.I.Bs or N.O.O.S.E officers with you in a wanted lvl cheat first whenever u do a hired gun mission or romans rescue mission, go to the place where the enemies are at , then right when they start shooting at you, find some cover, there will usually be some cover near u if able to reach without dieing so then call the cops using the wanted lvl cheat high up to six stars and when u see at least 4 to 5 cars spawn wait for them to reach ur area then fight with the NOOSE for radio
