This is one of my favorite galaxies in the game. For such a big galaxy, the Green Star locations are actually pretty close to one another. I’m a mario purest (beating it completely with Mario).
I’m stuck on the first one and it’s not working (Mario seems a little shorter).
Any ideas?

Can’t you ground-pound the giant goomba just like in Super Mario 64?
It seems like you never do triple jumps and that’s what everybody else does you take the easy way out with a backflip.
I did a triple jump, making the last jump off of the coin, to get green star 1. But that works too.
this must be really boring going through all the worlds and levels again
if you keep jumping on the Koopa Troopas shells you can keep getting 1ups!!!!
I first got GS1 with a triple jump (landing the second jump on the coin). More stylish, sure, but a backflip is much quicker and easier, so it’s cool that was the first way you figured it out.
I was also quite shocked when I learned that these are probably the only Goombas in Mario history that cannot be jumped on.
