I have a recording of him stating that the speed of light is decaying. This is a crap theory put out by some Creationists to suggest the earth is less that 10,000 years old. See the Wikipedia entry on C-Decay for its debunking and elsewhere. If a quantum physicist believes that then he is no quantum physicist IMHO. C-Decay advocates try to change the facts to suit their young earth(biblical) theory. Scientists change the theory to suit the facts. David Van Koevering is out of his depth.
I emailed him asking what his qualifications were. I got no reply. He claims to be a quantum physicist. I want to know what his experience is. I have read medical books but that doesn’t make me a doctor. Reading a few books on quantum physics doesn’t make you a quantum physicist surely? Has he passed exams etc? I don’t claim to be a quantum physicist even though I have passed exams on the subject as part of my physics degree.
And the person who is a quantum
physicist , if you have a problem
with what David is saying, then you
really need to ask him about it.

what he has been studying is
fascinating.
Like the old saying says, if you can
do a better job, then do it.
If you get your own site and explain
and teach like he does, then I think
we would love to hear it.

If you have doubts of David’s qualifications, contact him. Educate yourself. He has no reason to lie.
