It seems to me that the Turks saw the Greeks, Armenians, etc as a cancer of the Ottoman Empire in particular, and not so much as the “cancer of humanity”, as the Nazis labelled the Jews. I have relatives that were affected by this particular atrocity, so by no means do I condone genocide or ethnic cleansing.The Jews are extremely hypocritical about the atrocities against Armenians and Kurds in Turkey.
