Little Feat – Willin’ sung by Lowell George Live 1977. HQ Video.

Little Feat performing Willin’ probably their best known song. Written by and sung here by the hugely talented and sadly missed Lowell George Live in 1977. What an amazing band they were then….such sensitivity for each others playing….great balance. Lyrics: I been warped by the rain, driven by the snow I’m drunk and dirty, don’t ya know, And I’m still willin’ Out on the road late last night, Seen my pretty Alice in every head light Alice, Dallas Alice I’ve been from Tucson to Tucumcari Tehachapi to Tonapah Driven every kind of rig that’s ever been made I’ve driven the back roads so I wouldn’t get weighed If you give me: weed, whites, and wine And you show me a sign I’ll be willin’ to be movin’ I’ve been kicked by the wind, robbed by the sleet Had my head stoved in, but I’m still on my feet And I’m still… willin’ Now I smuggled some smokes and folks from Mexico Baked by the sun, every time I go to Mexico And I been from Tuscon to Tucumcari Tehachapi to Tonapah I’ve driven every kind of rig that’s ever been made I’ve driven the back roads so I wouldn’t get weighed And if you give me: weed, whites, and wine And you show me a sign I’ll be willin’ to be movin’

Stigma (1977) A Ghost Story for Christmas Kate Binchy Peter Bowles

Hello, I’ve been collecting rare films and television programmes for nearly twenty years now and I thought it was high time I shared some clips from a few of the titles in my archive with you nice people out there. If you’ve a similar passion or just want to say hello, thanks etc. get in touch with me here or at statesedgefilms@virginmedia.com I look forward to hearing from (at least) a few of you and hope that you enjoy my humble offerings. A GHOST STORY FOR CHRISTMAS A Ghost Story for Christmas is a strand of annual British short television films originally broadcast on BBC One from 1971 to 1978, and later revived in 2005 on BBC Four.[1][2] With one exception, the original instalments are directed by Lawrence Gordon Clark and the films are all shot on 16 mm colour film.[3] The remit behind the series was to provide a television adaptation of a classic ghost story referencing the oral tradition of telling supernatural tales at Christmas.[4] Each instalment is a separate adaptation of a short story, ranging from 30 to 50 minutes in duration and each featuring well-known British actors such as Clive Swift, Robert Hardy, Peter Vaughan, Edward Petherbridge and Denholm Elliott in the title roles. The first five are adaptations of ghost stories by MR James, the sixth is based on a short story by Charles Dickens and the two final instalments are original screenplays by Clive Exton and John Bowen respectively.[5] An earlier black-and-white 1968 Omnibus adaptation of MR James’s

1977: Flora Mississippi’s UFO Secret

On February 10th of 1977, a strange sight was seen in the sky of Flora, Mississippi. Witnesses included police and a man named Pat Frascogna. Though it has been more than thirty years since the date of this bizarre event, the sighting of an unidentified object in the sky has stayed with Mr Frascogna and spurred him on to researching the phenomena of unidentified flying objects. He has become involved in the community of UFO enthusiasts at least as far as speaking at the most recent Mississippi UFO Conference. Mr Frascogna is also working on a book, based upon his own research and the information he has gathered from other witnesses of the odd occurrence. His investigation has lead him to two patches of earth where plants no longer grow. Each patch is roughly circular and approximately fifteen feet in diameter. Both of these patches, very near each other, are devoid of plant life. Mr. Frascogna has sent soil samples to one of the universities in the state of Mississippi in hopes of finding some sort of anomaly in the soil that might explain the lack of growth. He also continues to search for witnesses, in hopes of learning everything he can. In his own recounting of events, he states that the airborne object hovered nearly twenty feet above the ground for approximately forty five minutes before moving. As it started moving, he states that police started to follow the moving object until it could no longer be seen due to the tree line. While Mr. Frascogna wants to have all

Allen Hynek admits Astronomers do see UFO’s ! (1977) Dr. Josef Allen Hynek ( May 1, 1910 – April 27, 1986 ) was a United States astronomer, professor, and ufologist. He is perhaps best remembered for his UFO research. Hynek acted as scientific adviser to UFO studies undertaken by the US Air Force under three consecutive names: Project Sign (1947-1949), Project Grudge (1949-1952), and Project Blue Book (1952 to 1969). For decades afterwards, he conducted his own independent UFO research, and is widely considered the father of the concept of scientific analysis of both reports and, especially, trace evidence purportedly left by UFOs.

SOLD– 1977 Dodge Ramcharger 4×4 440 Big Block Mopar military ARMY tan (2 of 4)

CL AD: boise.craigslist.org (cars & trucks – by owner) I have a clean 1977 Dodge Ramcharger automatic 4×4 (same as Plymouth Trailduster) newly painted ARMY HMMVW flat tan. It has a Big Block Mopar 440 out of a 1972 Dodge Charger muscle car with over 500 HP that has been rebuilt with some nice after market parts with only a couple thousand miles on rebuild; glass packs on the true dual exhaust for a low mean sounding truck. The transmission and transfer case were both rebuilt at the same time as the engine. The transmission is the highly sought after heavy duty TourgueFlight A-727 auto, considered by most to be the best automatic transmission in the world. The four wheel drive works awesome with full locker differential low gear on the transfer case. This is true 4×4 and when in 4-low-lock, ALL FOUR wheels turn like a tractor at the same time, hard to find a real 4×4 these days. The truck has factory A/C, but not hooked up. The brakes are discs in the front and drums in the rear and all are in excellent shape and stops the truck on a dime. The interior is simple with black carpet on the floor and two nice black cloth bucket seats (with nice middle console) and shoulder seat belts, no back seat. The tires are 32/10.5/16 Mud Terrain with 80% tread or better. There is a custom made removable sun roof big enough to stand out of (nicely done, does not leak when locked into place). The removable hard top comes off all the way to the windshield for the summer; also has a factory
