LEARN HOW TO BE SAFE FIRST! seriously, do some damn research. -_- yep, i finally did it. sorry if i seem bitchy at the end but i just don’t want THOSE type of comments. i’ve already done it so calling me dumb won’t help your case. i got my snakebites done i bought everything on ebay i made sure everything was clean i used a 15g needle and a 1/2″ 16g rings no it didn’t hurt haha! i did this on new years! UPDATE: i don’t have it in anymore, my mom made me take it out but i’m doing it again this summer.lol let me know if u want that one taped too. it’s gonna be in better quality! better camera!

Love Common Questions: Does it hurt? This depends person to person. It didn’t hurt me, but I’ve been told I have a high pain tolerance. Does it scar/is it noticeable if you take it out? They did scar me, but the holes aren’t noticeable unless I point them out to someone. The whole actually never healed up completely for me (I took them out Jan. 2009) and I can force the bar in with minor swelling for a day afterward. Do I regret it? Never! I loved having them, but I got bored of them, so I got a tattoo instead 
How much does it cost? Varies from place to place, and I was told I over paid (i think something like for both) but that included a free ring/change 6 weeks after. Aftercare: ASK YOUR PIERCER! They always have great advice, and great techniques for a clean, infection-free piercing. What i did was dissolve sea salt in a water bottle half filled with alcohol-free mouthwash (original flavour) , half distilled water. They healed up within a week for me.
