Nude Beach Yes! (San Onofre Trail 6)
www.blacksbeach.com A 30year policy keeping clothing-optional beaches an option at some California State Parks and Beaches has been revoked. The State has revoked the right to go nude at San Onofre State Beach north of San Diego near San Clemente. The same policy that has protected San Onofre Beach, called the “Cahill Policy”, has been terminated state wide. This means that Black’s Beach and all other clothing optional beaches in the state park system could be closed unless we speak up now. Please see www www.trail6.org and http for more info.

Casey Anthony Murder Trail Begins

The 25 year-old former Universal Studios employee has been charged with the murder of her two year-old daughter, Caylee, who disappeared in June of 2008. In October 2008, Anthony was indicted by a grand jury on charges of first-degree murder, to which she pleaded not-guilty. In addition to capital murder, Anthony faces six other charges, including providing false information to authorities. If convicted by jurors, Anthony could face the death penalty. Prosecutors allege Anthony used chloroform on her daughter before taping over her mouth and nose, cutting off her air supply. She then allegedly stashed the body in trunk of her Pontiac before disposing of it. Five months after she disappeared, Caylee’s remains were discovered by a utility worker on December 11, 2008 in the wooded area near the family’s home. Anthony failed to report her daughter missing for 31 days, a fact the prosecution plans to use against her. Anthony’s defense claims her daughter drowned in the family pool. After three years to get to trial, the case has received nationwide attention.
