Some call it a “generational curse”. Maybe it applies to heavnely beings? I don’t have the answer right now, but it is one I shall seek my friend. When the writer of Genesis wants to identify angels he uses the word mal’ak, which does not appear in Gen 6. (See Gen 16:7 etc.)

I’m not sure why the number of translations matter, the Hebrew text there does not specifically identify the “sons of God” as angels and any Bible that uses “angels” instead of “sons of God” is not a translation, but someone adding their own ideas to the text. No BIble “agrees” that Gen 6 speaks of angels, unless someone has added their own notes therein.
Gen 6 tells that the “sons of God”, that is, those who were of the line of Seth, vs the line of Cain, took daughters of men, that is, non-believing men. Remember, Scripture tells us that angels DO NOT MARRY, thus the fact that the “sons of God” take women as WIVES casts doubt on the angel-sex story.
